How do I get my Images?

Your Images will be delivered to you via a Pixie set gallery. A link will be sent to your email account with a pin number that allows only you to access and download your high quality digital Images. Once receiving your gallery link you will have 7 days to download your gallery. If you need the link resent or uploaded after the 7 days there will be an extra charge.

Can I get my Images on a USB?

Yes you certainly can. A standard USB charge is $25 and a customised USB is $45 inclusive of postage.

How long will it take to get my photos?

​

This will vary depending on the current workflow but most galleries will be received minimum of 2 weeks after your shoot and peek times can take up to 4 weeks. Weddings usually because of the volume of photographs taken can take up to 8 weeks. Sneak peaks can be arrange within a day or two of the shoot with showing up to 4 images selected by me. This must be arranged by request.

If I have lost my images after downloading can I get sent another gallery?

Yes you certainly can at an extra charge

Can I customise packages if I don't find one that suits me?

Yes, if you have had a look through my price list and cant find a suitable package let me know and we can discuss your options.

Do I get to select the digitals I receive with my packages?

Yes you definitely do.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes I certainly can arrange that. No refund on anything paid and full balance must still be paid before your shoot. No exceptions with packages.
